Vila Emes

• What time is check-in and check-out?

  Check-in from 12:00 to 18:00. Check-out from 07:00 to 11:00. The front desk is open 24 hours, so late arrivals are fine — just let us know by WhatsApp so we can meet you.
• Is breakfast included?

  Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but our ground-floor pastry shop opens early and serves cappuccino, espresso, and fresh pastries — 5 steps from reception.
• Are sunbeds included?

  Sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach are not included in the room rate. They're rented directly at the beach for the day.
• Where do I park?

  Free public street parking in front of the hotel. We will try to reserve a space for you if we can — first-come, first-served.
• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — at the front desk on arrival.
• Do you allow pets?

  Pets are not allowed at Vila Emes.
• Are cribs or extra beds available?

  Cribs are not available. An extra bed can be added to most rooms for €5 per person, per night — let us know in advance.
• How do I get from Tirana airport?

  Tirana International Airport (TIA / Rinas) is 35 km away — door-to-door taxis run all day from the airport rank, about 35 minutes by car in light traffic. Send us your flight details on WhatsApp and we'll help you sort the route. Public buses to Durrës also run from Tirana center.
• What languages do you speak?

  English, Italian, and Albanian — every day, all day.
